EXPERIENCE

Lawyer specialized in regulated markets, with an emphasis on infrastructure and the pharmaceutical industry. She has concentrated her professional practice in advising both national and foreign clients, in public and private infrastructure projects, such as airports, highways, roads, reservoirs, tunnels, hospitals and energy, among others. Her experience covers the bidding, construction and operation phases, under all types of contract modalities. In her capacity as member and President of the Technical Panel of Concessions, she participated in the Resolution of more than 40 discrepancies of public works concessions. Likewise, she has advised international companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology area. She has been the director of national and foreign companies and non-profit institutions.
