EXPERIENCE

Rosario Arechavala is in charge of compliance, operation and restructuring of the corporate governance of different national and foreign companies, especially related to construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, and other commercial matters. She advises our clients on the various requirements of their corporate governments, on contractual and regulatory matters, specializing in matters related to supervisory entities, such as the Commission for the Financial Market and the Superintendence of Telecommunications, among others.
