EXPERIENCE

María José works in the field of engineering and construction projects, focusing on contractual matters for both public and private works, advising on projects from the bidding phase to construction and subsequent operation. These projects include energy plants, roadworks, highways, airports, hospitals, and large-scale industrial and public buildings. Additionally, she provides legal advice to various companies on corporate and contractual matters. She also handles arbitration disputes related to engineering and construction projects. Before joining Molina Ríos, she worked as a judicial attorney at Ortúzar, Vergara & Boetsch.
