EXPERIENCE

Jorge Molina Valdivieso has extensive experience in litigation and advice of various kinds, coming from his more than 50 years of professional practice. He has focused his practice on advising and resolving complex disputes, both before ordinary and arbitral justice. He has vast judicial experience in civil and commercial matters, with great specialization in matters related to infrastructure, construction and insurance law.
