EXPERIENCE

Jaime Uribe has vast experience in public and private contracting matters, having participated in the negotiation and elaboration of complex engineering, construction, mining, infrastructure, and project financing contracts, among others. He has focused his practice on consulting and contractual support of projects from the beginning of the tender, during its execution and development stage, until the end and delivery of the projects. He has outstanding experience in regulatory matters and administrative litigation before the different supervisory entities, including the interposition of administrative resources contemplated by Chilean public law.

For over 20 years he has worked as a corporate lawyer for important companies, such as ENAMI, Grupo Antofagasta Minerals and Besalco Construcciones.
