EXPERIENCE
- Francisco works as a lawyer in the area of engineering and construction projects, focusing on contractual matters related to both public and private works. He advises projects from the bidding phase through construction and into operation. These projects include power plants, roadworks, highways, airports, hospitals, and large-scale industrial and public buildings. He also serves as legal counsel for various companies on corporate and contractual matters.
