EXPERIENCE

Cristián Silva Prieto focuses his professional practice on resolving commercial, civil, and regulatory disputes before ordinary and arbitration courts. He has extensive experience in structuring, developing, and executing real estate projects, as well as in corporate law, contract law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and complex negotiations.

Before joining Molina Ríos Abogados, he was a founding partner at Donoso Silva Abogados and worked as an attorney at Empresa Nacional de Energía Enex S.A. and Fontaine Abogados.
