EXPERIENCE

Cristián Pulido Monckeberg has specialized in engineering and construction projects, project financing, as well as corporate and commercial advisory. In this capacity, he has advised various national and international companies on the processes of incorporation and commencement of activities in Chile, due diligence, asset purchase and sale processes, corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and company divisions, including the regulation of relationships between their shareholders.
